AGEING

Selected and destemmed grapes.  This wine is made using the bleeding technique. Settling was done using the flotation technique. Maceration in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 24 hours. Once the alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine remained on its lees for two months.

TASTING NOTES

Flavoured wine full of nuances, freshly and fruity. Fragrant nose with red-berry fruit, especially raspberries and strawberries, according to its fresh pink colour, with a coral touch. A pleasant note of banana and herb flowers rise to a full-bodied and round wine, with sweet and well-balanced tannins. On the palate, has a fresh entry and pleasant acidity appears like sour red berries.

FOOD PAIRING

Bacause of its freshness and Tempranillo variety, this wine is perfect to match with vegetables stews, tempura and creative salads.
