TASTING NOTES

Well bodied Rioja, with character and personality, wich perfectly assembled the black fruit and the wooden toast. Deep ruby red with garnet highlights, but on nose stands out sweet red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and liquorice aromas blend harmonically with smoky balsamic notes characteristic of good French oak.

Crisp, round and supple, with a good acidity and a long aftertaste. Nicely balanced.

FOOD PAIRING

The perfect accompaniment of tapas, apperitifs, stews, red meats and mature cheeses (Manchego).
